"Our food/walking tour with Daly was one of the highlights of our trip. Daly was incredibly knowledgeable about the history and culture of the area. Her stories really helped us learn about Panamá, especially the amazing food scene that we would have never found on our own. We are “foodies” and willing to try anything and loved it all. Daly ordered and paid for all the food, and we ate (almost) everything. Such delicious and authentic meals. Daly went far above and beyond. She took the time to answer every question, offered local recommendations, and made sure we felt welcomed. She was born and raised in Panamá and is a wealth of knowledge. The walking portion was easy and not too far or strenuous. She included a mix of air conditioning and outside conditions so the heat was not too bad throughout the tour. If you’re visiting Panama and want to gain a deeper appreciation for the history, food, architecture, and people, I highly recommend this tour. Everything was incredible! "
