"We went to Wadi Shab with Alwaad. It's was amazing ! Nature is very well preserved, it's gorgeous. It's quiet and peacful. Alwaad is lovely, kind and funny. She is very outgoing. We felt like we were part of her family. Thanks to her, we were able to really discover Omani culture. She is very attentive and adapts to our pace and needs. She speaks English very well and her driving is perfect! We had a wonderful day with her, we didn't notice the time passing. We recommend it 100%."

"Our daytrip to Jabal Al Akhdar has been an unforgettable experience. The communication was completely reailable and easy going. Yousuf responded always very fast to any questions I had in advanced. He picked us up in the hotel punctually in the morning in his new, spotless clean car. He drives very good, smooth. He knows much about culture, history and the country itselfs. We could ask him everything and the answers are very informative. His English is perfect and he is empathic, friendly, discret, warm-hearted and humorous. He surprised us on our way with a stop in his house and where met his parents. He served us lunch and dates (from there own farm) in the garden there. An unforgettable experience and we felt very honoured. We asked him where to buy a colored tradionell abaya, because we wanted one for a visit in the mosque. He drove us to a store and a tailor where we choosed beautiful fabrics/materials. The tailor took our measurements and Yousuf deposited our abayas to the hotel two days later. They were beautiful and the price was very, very reasonable. After that our drive to Jebel Al Akhdar continuied. The view and all the hotspots in the mountain took our breath away! We drove from one spot to another, walked around as long as we wanted. We were always asked what we wanted to do or see. He made recommendations and showed us the most beautiful spots. A sidenote – being an entire day on its way, we stopped at beautiful 5-Star-hotels where we just were allowed from the management to walk in and enjoy the view from there terrasses, balcony, taking pictures and above all using their spotless clean bathroom without consuming anything. "Beyond amazing experience from end-to-end. I had reached out to Hajer on potentially arranging a visit to a camel beauty pageant that was happening in Barka while we were in Oman. There wasn't a lot of information but she persevered and arranged a morning visit for us followed by a mountain village visit with her friend Salim. The camel pageant was interesting (I now know what defines camel beauty) and we were the only non-Omani people there, becoming a brief media spectacle) but the highlight was spending time with Salim walking around his beautiful mountain oasis, learning about him, his family, Omani culture, and everything / anything in between. His family had a delicious meal ready for us and he would not let us leave just full - we were stuffed to the brim! Both Hajer and Salim were the perfect guides and hosts - knowledgeable, attentive, curious, and hospitable as a cultural gateway to their country. We stayed in touch following and they both helped greatly with advice and suggestions for the rest of our trip. Could not recommend more."

"Alwaad schickte und Ahmed mit einem super tollen Jeep mit 4WD für unseren Wüstentrip. Er sprach ein gutes Englisch, war pünktlich und vorab erreichbar. Die Fahrt zur Oase von fast 3 Stunden war weit und wir hatten einen begrenzten Zeitrahmen von 8 Stunden. Es hat alles geklappt und zuletzt bekamen wir noch ein kleines Sightseeing durch Muscat. Auch die zusätzliche Person war kein Problem. Wir bekamen einen guten Gesamteindruck des Oman und viele kleine Geschichten links und rechts. "

"Even though we booked “Jebel Akhdar Day Trip,” Yousuf accommodated our wishes and drove us to the canyon. He took us to explore Jebel Shams, and it was absolutely amazing! The drive through the mountains was stunning — every turn revealed another incredible view. The walk through the canyon was definitely the highlight: breathtaking scenery, peaceful atmosphere, and Yousuf’s great stories about the area made it really special. We finished the day at the old village od Misfat al Abriyyin endulging arabic coffee with dates and stunning views. Yousuf was friendly, easygoing, and full of knowledge, making the whole day feel relaxed and orchestrated according to our wishes. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide or a more beautiful experience. Highly recommended!"

"Don't think twice about booking with Hajer - she's definitely the guide you want for any and all of your Oman experiences! We benefited from her local insights and expertise even before our visit, as she helped us navigate some of the information online (which we didn't necessarily have the best understanding of, having never been to Oman and being unfamiliar with distances etc.) to decide what might be best for our group. She helped us parse through a range of options to arrive at a customized itinerary that was tailored to my family's needs. Hajer gave special consideration to my parents' mobility and accessibility requirements, given their age and some underlying conditions. Furthermore, while our group size (5) wasn't ideal for standard car sizes, Hajer took this into account and developed a plan and very reasonable budget that would permit her to rent a slightly larger car for the day -- which made a huge difference to our comfort. Another element we're very grateful for is her skilfulness in managing time. We had some time constraints and needed to be back at our hotel by a certain hour, due to unavoidable commitments. Despite a packed day and some delays on our side (caused by us lingering longer than we were supposed to at certain locations), Hajer adapted the plan as we went along and did everything in her power (including some extraordinary driving) to get us back on time. During the drives we enjoyed learning about Omani history and culture from Hajer, as well as her own personal story and the very interesting things she's involved in professionally. During our meals and snacks, she chose the most suitable places for a group like ours (including some of our dietary constraints and restrictions). In the market areas, she advised us on which vendors and stores in the souqs may be more authentic or have more refined quality than others. Every little touch like this added to how special the day was for us all. Overall, we can endorse her thoroughly! My family sends our heartfelt thanks and gratitude for Hajer's hospitality, her guidance, for the several recommendations that she gave us for the rest of our trip, and her accommodating our requests so graciously.
