"El Houssaine was a very good guide. He brought gluten free bread, pancake and sweet cakes so that I could eat everything on offer to the rest of the group without missing out. He checked with the food vendors that the items were gluten free before I ate them. I felt safe and had no issues afterwards. Apart from this (major) consideration he took us to places locals use which were off the beaten track and very interesting - especially the men’s toilet at the garage/petrol station!
