"Ouidad is the best guide I have ever had. She is warm, kind, knowledgeable, fun, and patient. We learned so much from her, and she was so generous with her time and knowledge throughout the day. At one point, I was feeling quite pressured by people in a rug shop, and Ouidad handled the situation so calmly and professionally. She made me feel completely looked after and safe. I feel very lucky that we had her as our guide, and I will be recommending her to everyone I know who is visiting Marrakech and wants to do a tour. She is truly incredible."

"We travelled with a 7 and 9 year old and wanted a guided tour that would show us things we would not have known or seen on our own. Redouan was friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything as we went, telling us about the history of the city and important people and why things were built as they were. We explored different areas, visited a place museum and then the different areas of the medina. His inside knowledge allowed us to understand what and how things were made and we visited different shops that showed the various crafts. All without pressure to buy things, just explanations of what was going on. We visited areas we would not have found or had the confidence to visit with young children without Redouan showing us. The children really enjoyed the tour and we would recommend to anyone visiting with children. Redouan also picked the routes to have the most shade and keep cool. Thank you Redouan for a really interesting and informative morning which then gave us confidence to see more of the city on our own later."

"We hand a great time on this tour with Ouidad. Her knowledge about all the places we visited was 1st class. She was personable, whitty and funny and had some great stories. Her English was excellent (though she claims otherwise). We were adopted willingly on the day and we followed our new mum through the various sites, the Medina and the souks with ease. It’s almost like the chaos of Marrakesh disappeared around us. The hidden gems really were hidden gems that we would never have found.
