"We loved Fes, and a a significant part of that was Noureddine and this tour. He took time right away to get to know our kids and win them over, which goes a long way! He taught us many interesting things while keeping things in the right size nuggets for the whole family. He showed us some amazing things that we would never have found or seen on our own! He has a lovely manner and was full of all sorts of tidbits of knowledge explaining lots about the culture and history and making us laugh often. "We had a female guide, which was fine, but its not like you book on withalocal you can pick one. They decide who is coming. We had Farida, who was born and raised in the Medina that showed us around. She was quick and tried to show us everything there is. A lot of the tour was quite obvious, but the tour name was hidden gems. We only had that expierence when she brought us to an old tea with herbs place, we would have never found ever. the rest was normal touristic stuff. like everywhere in the world, you have to listen to how great the leater is, and then you are followed around. Everytime you point at something, he is there to give the unique selling points. We had that in the hamman, the tannery, the linnen and the oil. Of course, we didnt bought anything. Was a great experience, she was very nice and helpfull. We ended the tour at our request with a bit of food, but that seemed to be a 3 course diner, half an hour prior to our foodtour! (with the same company booked) with withalocal. We saw a lot, was very informative, but i think there is more little gems to be found if i am honest. "
