"We booked Driss as a food tour, however, we got our timings slightly wrong, and met up late from large lunch (our mistake). Driss waited over 40 minutes for us to arrive and was very accommodating to our situation (we were not very hungry). Driss’s excellent knowledge of the market allowed him to flex the tour to take us past the snacks, where we enjoyed some local delicacies. We asked to be shown handicrafts that expertly wove in to the tour. We fired many questions at Driss, all which he answered knowledgeably. His love, passion & knowledge for Fes and his culture shone through the whole tour as we not only saw all the food & drink we wanted but also saw some of the historical traditions of dying, weaving as well interesting sites, such as the University and the narrowest street in Fes. We rounded off our tour with some traditional tea in the most authentic location. We cannot recommend Driss highly enough."

He not only took us to local cafes and shops, but also showed us the old university, the tannery and the best places to shop for quality products. We asked loads of questions and so we overran by almost 2 hours, and offered to cut things out as a result, but he would not hear of it. We never once felt at all rushed.
