Wonderful day in Agadir with Said!
"To be honest, we didn't have a lot of expectations for our tour in Agadir. Because the city had been destroyed in an earthquake in 1960, we didn't expect much history. It turned out to be a wonderful day with plenty of culture and flavor. Said picked us up at the cruise terminal and then spent the day showing us around. We especially enjoyed the massive souk (market). Beware of the camel rides at Kasbah Oufella. The sellers are sneaky aggressive and way overpriced. Said found a wonderful place for lunch that was very local. "
"Said was our guide in Agadir and we had one of the most memorable days of out trip . We have traveled extensively and used Withlocals numerous times , all the guides are very good but occasionally some stand out above the rest .Said was one of these . His pre tour communication was excellent and he was waiting for us as arranged with the most welcoming smile and pleasant manner . He planned the day to perfection . We had a tour of the area with his reliable driver in the morning visiting amongst other places the tranquil gardens and a ride in the cable car . Then the highlight the food ! He paced everything so well and he explained everything clearly . We felt totally safe but more than anything enjoyed his company. I especially enjoyed the fact he openly shared things about his life and family in Agadir . The food was incredible and so was Said .The day was particularly special as it was his birthday! "Said was a wonderful guide; very friendly and personable. He has a lot of pride for his city and took us to some lovely places outside of just tourist spots. We learned a lot in the short time we spent with Said, and he gave us a lot of fascinating information about the local customs and history, along with some basic language lessons. We finished up with a wonderful lunch at Souk El Had and he helped us pick up specific items we were looking for. I highly recommend Said as a guide, and would love to visit again."

"Despite the appalling weather Said and his excellent driver gave us a good day and showed us some dramatic scenery. We didn't want to do lunch and Said was understanding and flexible."
"Great morning with Said and his driver. Kindly picked us up at our hotel which was great - took us to the Marina,up the cable carto the Kasbar, around the new flower gardens, to the mosque and the Argon oil factory before finishing with a guided tour of the Souk which was amazing and a drop off back at the hotel - all in 3 hours but never seemed rushed "
"Youssef contacted us before the tour and we were able to arrange a pick up from the hotel. He took us to a non tourist part of Agadir where we had a fascinating tour round some side streets and 2 large souks. He was very informative about the way of life in Agadir. Above all HD was friendly, answered questions and let us take our time. It was a really good experience. When you book this tour ask him about other tours he can do as he will do tailor made trips."
