"We’ve done food tours all over the world. We think it's such a good way to learn more about the culture and to discover foods we’d miss on our own. Maria is the best! She introduced us to tuba, a fermented coconut and fruit drink we would never have known about. She took us to places we’ve walked by and never noticed. Now we know that one has amazing fish tacos, another has the best birria ever, and one has delicious tortillas being made while you watch. Maria is well-traveled and knows her food.
