"Isadora was great! We met her in the morning at a park in downtown Guanajuato. From there she took us around to some whole-in-the-wall restaurants and street vendors. Places we would have never gone without her as a guide. So glad we did the food was delicious, accept for the menudo, not a big fan but it was good to try. You have to pace yourself, 10 food stops are a lot of food! With her being a chef she knew the food, as a native of Guanajuato she knew the town like the back of her hand. What I really appreciated about her is she catered the adventure to what we wanted to do, even took us to a museum. Highly recommend! "

We do food tours in nearly every city we visit and this one is not to be missed. She is a local chef and teaches traditional cooking so she knows where to get the best examples of great food. "Isadora is an incredibly knowledgeable of all the local food stops. As a chef she has an appreciation for high quality food. We had the best food with her. Ask her about how she can host you at her private kitchen and either do a cooking class or meal pairing with special cocktails or mezcals/tequilas! "
