"Although Thalyta is not Maltese she has a great knowledge of Malta's recent and past history. English is not her first language but to be honest you'd never know. We gelled very quickly and she even understood our strong Glaswegian accents! :) We thoroughly enjoyed our morning food tour with her. She took in two iconic cafes and we finished with a full restaurant lunch - all wonderfull tastes and ultimately great value for money. "We came to Malta for two days on a Viking cruise. Since we were staying overnight in Valletta, we decided to book our own tour of Malta for the first day. We found Victoria and booked with her several months ago. Communication was great, and she offered to tailor the itinerary to our interests. Given that this was our first time in Malta (we were traveling with another couple), we deferred to her expertise. She met us right at the harbor and off we went! Victoria is a fantastic tour guide - very knowledgeable and extremely personable. The itinerary she put together was excellent, and we had the benefit of being in a much smaller group. We also had the opportunity to have lunch with her and learn more about day-to-day life on Malta. We've traveled extensively around the world and would place her at the very top of our list of tour guides. Malta was the reason we did this particular Viking cruise, and Victoria made it unforgettable. She is a true gem."
"We LOVED our food tour with Bruna and fell in love with Valletta, Malta. Bruna was very friendly and inviting. Her knowledge of the food was fantastic and her history knowledge was exceptional. She was able to bring the city to life and we could see how passionate she was living in Malta even though she was originally from Brazil. !! Her enthusiasm was contagious!!!! We enjoyed sitting in the restaurant and in the public square, especially when the gun went off at four pm, making us all jump!!! All of the food was very tasty and some of it was very new to us. So delicious. When we return to Valletta, we plan on arranging more tours with Bruna as one afternoon with her is not enough!!! Bruna was a wonderful guide and we just loved spending the afternoon with her!!!! "
