He took us around the Imperial Palace, and even though our group had already spent a few days in Tokyo and seen many of the “major” sites, Gerald truly made the day special. His knowledge of the areas we visited—and his perfect English—made all the difference. We explored Shibuya Crossing and even wandered into some off-the-beaten-path neighborhoods that we never would have found on our own. I don’t normally recommend or post on social media, but Gerald absolutely deserves it. You can’t go wrong with him. If I had more time, I would book another excursion in a heartbeat.
