"Sena guided my husband and me on the Drinks & Bites Tour through Kichijoji. Communication was easy and sincere from the very beginning. Her open and kind manner made us feel comfortable right away. And we had some good laughs together. She always had several food options prepared and catered to all our requests. "Kennedy was amazing. She had done her homework on us from the message I had sent explaining how we would like to spend the time with her. We booked Kennedy for our second day of our three week stay in Japan and asked her all about train tickets, experiences and ideas that she thought would be of interest specificly to us. The time went quickly but we learnt so much about the Japanse culture and modern thinking. Also she helped us book for the theatre which we wouldn't have known about unless she had told us. "We just had three tours with Marc during our stay in Tokyo and were so grateful for the insight he gave us on the inner workings of Japanese culture & traditions while showing us around Tokyo. Truly enjoyed our time with him exploring different areas, and Marc took great care to learn of our interests and tailor the tours accordingly, showing us some truly authentic sides of Tokyo that were off the beaten path and difficult to know about (or find) if you are not a local. "Superb tour, Sayuri's knowledge of Tokyo was very good, she gave us a choice of train or walk, we decided due to weather train would be better. We only had JR tickets so she helped us get underground tickets She took us to lunch in a lovely ramen restaurant which we would never have found on our own, or tried, the Shinto shrine was lovely again would we have found it on our own? Probably not She went over and above in helping us arrange a trip on the bullet train, the tour had finished and she stayed to help us and make sure everything was ok. Sayuri was very personable and we enjoyed our 3 hours with her. It was so nice to be shown around rather than trying to do it ourselves and miss a lot of it We cannot recommend her highly enough "
