"Communication with Zarina was excellent from our very first online contact to our meeting place to start our tour at the Sapporo Clock Tower. We spent approximately 4 hours learning about the history and culture of the area. Our favorite parts were the cream puffs from Daimaru Dept. Store, Hokkaido ice cream, sushi, oysters and Sapporo beer at the Sapporo Fish Market. She also kindly fulfilled a spur of the moment special request to find us a place to buy a Sapporo Fighters Baseball team hat! We were prompt for our bus return trip by way of a special coffee shop Zarina suggested. All in all a short and wonderful/fun visit to the city and with Zarina. We highly recommend her as a guide in the city. Thank you again Zarina for the fun day!"
