"Von der Tour heute waren wir doch enttäuscht. Ja, wir haben mehrere Tempel und Schreine gesehen und sind fast 10 Km gelaufenen. Doch wo waren die „Geheimnisse“ von Nara, die versteckten Food Spots und Tipps? Auch die versprochene Erfrischung oder den Snack gab es nicht. Dafür hat sich unser Guide selber unterwegs zwei Eis gegönnt. Da hatten wir dich etwas mehr für den Preis erwartet."

"My family of four are very grateful to have met Hiro and spent a few hours with him in Nara. We enjoyed learning about his family's long history in Nara, riding his bicycles, and visiting beautiful sites and meeting many of the local deer. We happened to be in Nara during the Omituzori festival, so Hiro was kind enough to help us find a good spot to view the torch displays as the crowds began to build several hours before the ceremonies began. An hour or so later, I was surprised to receive a message from Hiro asking me to turn around because he had brought us snacks. I did, and saw him a good distance away (we were quite deep in the crowd) next to a police officer. I sent my son over to him and he gave us a bag of snacks, explaining that he has a teenager and knows how hungry they get, especially when they are just waiting around. Hiro was a great pleasure to spend time with and we highly recommend his tours! "
