"Roy was the consummate guide: punctual, communicative, friendly, patient, highly prepared with an excellent presentation. He was able to provide answers whenever we asked anything, be it cultural or historical. He made sure we were able to get on the right subway to get back to our ship, and was invaluable with the coordination on meeting up ( which is always tricky). I cannot say enough positive things about Roy’s quality as a guide - we are still talking about his tour! "

"Syed navigated me quietly through the hustle and bustle of Osaka, in a gentle way, answering all my questions. He showed me places where locals would go, went with me to Osaka castle and on a little boat trip along the moat, showed me around on the food market, let me sample some dishes there, brought me to Umeda sky building, where we went to the Observatory and had a coffee , helped me buy a carry- on suitcase, and rolled it through town for half of the day and finally helped me get a ticket for the Shinkansen to Osaka for the next day.
