"I booked this tour as a present for my parents. Tullia contacted us a week or two before the tour telling us she couldn't make it on the agreed date, which was a dissapointment at first of course. But she then did everything she could to help us find a replacement and managed to get Izabela to guide the tour instead. Izabela was great.
