"Valentina arrived exactly on time and in the right location, so a great start. She was professionally dressed and very well spoken and organized. She had an interesting history of Venice and had an IPad with helpful images. She gave enough information without being overwhelming.The walking was reasonably paced and she took us to the areas that we never would have known about. She definitely made our experience much more enjoyable. She gave us a few recommendations for local restaurants and shops as well as instructions for catching the Water Taxi to the train station. Valentina was fantastic and I would not hesitate to ask for her again. "
