We were in the latter part of our trip so the historical facts got to be a bit much so Olimpia entertained us with fun local facts instead. "We toured Mazzurbo, Burano, and Murano today with Lori’s. This was our second tour with him and once again he did a fantastic job planning the day. The pacing was very good; he planned breaks for coffee and made sure we got to see the beautiful hidden sights of the islands. Loris knows so much about the history of Venice, about the culture of the different islands around Venice, and about food and wine. He took us to a wonderful little restaurant on the island of Murano and then we toured a very unique glass shop. We grew fond of his leadership and companionship.
