"We had a great time discovering Torino with Olivier. We were introduced to many authentic cafes, restaurants and historical places in Torino. We started out at one of the classical cafes with a plate of many different cheeses, ham and bread. We were introduced to an aperitif - a special vermouth - which is now this summers aperitif for us. He came prepared with pictures and maps to more fully illustrate his talking points regarding the history of the city. I appreciated the mix of famous and lesser known sites for tastings that offered a a broad perspective. While well prepared, Olivier's presentation style was much more conversational than a rehursed lecture. It was a thoroughly enjoyable time.
