The Gnocchi spot was amazing and all the wine selected weren’t perfectly throughout. Highly recommend!"

"What a fantastic afternoon we had with Mariarosaria! She was so knowledgeable about Naples and the history, the best places to shop and eat. She customized the food on the spot for some picky eaters in the group and everyone was very full and happy at the end. She even walked us back to the subway stop and helped us to navigate back to our ship in time. We felt like we were hanging out with a close family friend for the day rather than a stranger. She was absolutely lovely and very kind!!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Gennaro on our Napoli food tour! From the moment we met him, he was warm, knowledgeable, and made sure our two kids were just as engaged as the adults — no small feat on a food-focused tour. He clearly knows Napoli inside and out, steering us away from tourist traps and toward the spots locals actually go for and the best the city has to offer. He paced the tour perfectly for our family, kept things fun for the kids with little stories and jokes, and was genuinely patient and attentive the whole way through. "Booking this tour with Gennaro was one of the best decisions we made for our trip to Italy. After giving him a sense of our itinerary (we had a 2-week hiking trip of the Amalfi coast planned with a small group), we arranged for Gennaro to pick us up at the airport, transport us to our hotel and then give us an introduction to Napoli's amazing foods. Gennaro was great about communicating with us and let us know in advance about Italy's historic heat wave. He offered to adjust our tour time to make it more comfortable. He was on time and gave great directions for our meeting point at the airport. As we drove to the hotel he took time to explain the city. When we arrived at our hotel, he arranged for us to get into our room early so we could freshen up before the tour. The tour was magnificent. Gennaro explained the history and culture of the city. And he tailored the tour for our particular needs, taking us through the Spanish quarter (We had a more traditional city tour already planned as part of the group trip and didn't want to duplicate that). Everything we tasted was amazing! I lived overseas and have never had pizza that tasted so amazing. And I am still dreaming of the fabulous buffalo mozzarella. We saw parts of the city that are often overlooked. Born in Napoli, Gennaro's pride in his city was evident. It was very important to him that we have a wonderful experience. It felt like a friend was giving us a tour. When we parted ways, he gave us some suggestions for areas to visit the next day. His suggestions were perfect! I look forward to working with Gennaro again because I know whatever he plans will be favoloso! "

"Gennaro, was the absolute best!! maneuvering us through the Napoli Streets to the most amazing places for traditional food and drink and experiences that we would never have known on our own I have done many many food tours, and this was top-notch for understanding the city. It’s culture and it’s Rich history. I can’t say enough about our funny sweet and very prompt on time guide who made us feel so very welcome in his home Gennaro it’s also very well traveled and has lived in many other places, but love sharing the Rich history of his beloved hometown… Coming from many perspectives is able to shed the light on all the wonderful food traditions of this area and all the other areas surrounding in Italy and the differences between them all - I cannot recommend him ask for anyone wanting to do a fun Food walking tour around the city- we were so full from trying all the amazing different delicacies that Napoli has to offer and he arranged for us We will be back to see more of the Naples/Napoli as we were off a cruise ship for a day We had gone to Sorrento came back on the local ferry and he met us right at the ferry and we were able to takeoff from there.
