"I had a last minute oppurtunity to tour Verona and Alex happened to be available. He catered the tour to the flow of questions and time allowance we had. It was a great mix of history, food, and of course he even mixed in some wine. Alex knows his city and wasted no time navigating from one point to another. He even has a few tricks up his sleeve to find access to places that may not be so easily accessible. I had a great time spending the afternoon with Alex and I am sure you will too!"

But she then did everything she could to help us find a replacement and managed to get Izabela to guide the tour instead. Izabela was great.
