"Sara was prompt, kept in touch and was keen to provide us with a Lucca experience that was specific to our interests. She was very knowledgeable (answered our questions on history) and enthusiatic. She had a good sense of humour and told us interesting stories which both informed and amused us. We had a lovely foody stop in a delightful tea room and she showed us the shops/ locations we might like to visit after the tour to suit our interests. "We have a brilliant afternoon wandering around Lucca with Maria who had an encyclopedic knowledge of the history of Lucca. We had far too much to eat and learned an huge amount about local food and wine. Our only regret was not to start our holiday with the tour so that we could make better use of all the recommendations. Very good value for money and a lovely lady who we hope to see on next years trip to Tuscany"
