We took us to the market and showed us where he buys locally which was very nice. Than we cooked at an apartment and shared food and wine with his local friends which again was super nice. "Ylenia and her family are AMAZING hosts!!! She was so welcoming and loving to our kids and family and shared so many stories and facts about Naples!! We learned so many things and had the best time creating pizzas together as a family and trying local drinks and then making delicious chocolate calzones!\nOur kids (age 10 and 8) started off a little tired but Ylenia was so patient and fun and they soon were soaking it all up! They have the most beautiful home and farm and garden and we all loved seeing it all and their beautiful view!!\n\nIf you are looking for a wonderful taste of Naples authentic pizza with a relaxing family time to connect and enjoy then definitely do this activity and be sure to give Ylenia a hug from us too!! \nSO FUN & DELICIOUS!"

"I had an amazing time with Paolo. We went through the markets to collect the ingredients for our meal, and all the vendors who knew Paolo were extra nice which made it an even better experience. Paolo is certainly very popular in his home town. The cooking class was really fun and all his friends were very warm and hospitable. I could talk about all sorts of life things with them as it was such a comfortable environment. Paolo is an amazing chef and host with deep knowledge of the city. It\u2019s always fantastic to have a local guide with you, but Paolo is certainly one to ensure your experience is enjoyable in every aspect. Highly recommend! "

"Paolo, Ana Maria, and Alessia were super kind and fun! We made delicious yet simple dishes that were interactive and easy to bring back home. Paolo also reached out to us early to get a sense of things we liked to eat or wanted to learn more about and worked those into our experience. Throughout the class and dinner, they taught us about why Napoli eats certain foods and why certain dishes are important. "I was looking for a cooking class with my kids (3 and 6 years old). Then I have found Ylenia with a little research and it was amazing! She has made us feel like a friend of hers. She was so nice and kind. And the food... All the best ingredients, perfect kitchen and tasty pizzas. I definitely recommend to visit her while you are in Naples. You can always go to a nice restaurant, but making your own is something totally different. Thank you again Ylenia for such a lovely experience!"

"I had such an awesome time learning Neapolitan cooking with Paolo! From the minute we met, I felt like we were old friends. We discussed what dishes I wanted to make, then we walked around various markets in Naples as he purchased the freshest ingredients for our evening of cooking. Once we began preparing the dishes, he explained everything we made in great detail, making sure I understood every step. He went out of his way throughout the evening to make sure I was enjoying myself (which I was!). I even got to meet some of his friends who were also extremely friendly! Although I was there for many hours, the evening seemed to fly by very quickly. I had an amazing, delicioys multi course dinner, learned a lot and had an awesome time! "Wow\u2026What an authentic and memorable experience that was a highlight of our trip. It was unfortunate that Paola had to cancel his participation due to an unexpected conflict, but provided us with the option to cancel, reschedule, or keep the existing reservation with his collaborators. We opted to keep our confirmed date and had an outstanding experience with Alessia, Ivanna, and Sylvia. We so enjoyed their insight and enthusiasm of Naples. They created a unique customized experience and menu that I was able to assist in preparation at their home (not required). As we walked through the fabulous Pignasecca street market, they showed us the bounty of fresh ingredients available, introduced us to their favorite purveyors and developed each of the 5 courses to meet our expectations. Although we missed meeting Paolo\u2026Alessia, Ivanna, and Sylvia were so personable, entertaining, and talented cooks. My wife and I cannot stop talking about this fabulous experience.
