"My mom and I had a wonderful tour with Michele. He adjusted our itinerary to accommodate some pain my mom had while walking and still gave us a ton of insight into the gems of Florence. Along the way he showed us clever places to relax around the city, some with astonishing views and no other tourists. He was sure to point out great places to eat and drink along the way, always happy to linger if we wanted or continue when we were ready. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of Florentine art and history and helped us to feel at home in the city. Highly recommend this fabulous human. In hindsight, I wish we’d started with a shorter tour, then hired him again when we had more insight on our interests and stamina. "

At the same time, we learned so much about Florence. Sometimes you come back from a tour and wonder, “What did I actually learn?” That was definitely not the case here! "We had such a good time in Florence with Dina on November 8, 2025. She was wonderful about communicating with us before our tour and was very accommodating about meeting us at our bus drop-off point (we were on a cruise). Due to time restrictions getting to/from the port in Livorno, we only had 5 hours in Florence. We had been there before so had already done some of the must-see items, so this trip was more about experiencing the city. She took us to a wonderful handmade paper shop where we learned how beautiful marbled paper is made. We bought several things, including a classy red purse with marbled leather accents. I was worried about getting it home without damage and Dina gave me a cloth bag in a little pouch to use as a carry-on for it. We had the most decadent lunch at a wonderful restaurant that specialized in truffles (generously shaved over our fantastic pasta dish), ended with cheesecake that had actually been made by our darling young waiter. Dina sent us a very user-friendly link to purchase our timed-entry Uffizi tickets and took us directly to the works we were the most interested in, so no time was wasted. She was a wealth of information about the different paintings, which made it even more interesting and memorable. We had the perfect time in Florence with Dina, customized to experience everything we were most interested in. We highly recommend her. I wish I could speak Italian, but her English is extremely good and very easy to understand."

"I know we go on walking tours to learn things. However, Eddie’s tour was packed with more so much wonderful information about Florence. In the tow hours we spend with Eddie, we learned what felt like everything about Florence (though I know that is impossible). We learned the history of the world bankrupt!
