She gave a good chronological history of the art that we were seeing and showed us how we could identify the different periods based on the style and technique of the artist. We were surprised how much we learned about the Medici and their place in the social, political and religious history of Florence. "Christina met us at rendezvous area promptly. She was personable and engaging from the point of our introductions. We entered Academia and was given a very good introduction of what to expect and explanation of use of plaster sculptures as learning tool. Went into the room where David is located. We sat on the bench as she explained history of how Michaelangelo came to do the David. We then went up to view the sculpture and after she pointed out the details. Went to see the room with all the plaster sculptures as she gave us description of processes. Then we went to Medici Chapel that is awesome and just as impressive. Many tourists miss that site. Christina was extremely knowledgeable and gave us good information and history. The tour of both facilities was well paced, organized and done in a very professional manner. Thank you"
