"My group of friends and I had a great time with Mara! She met us near Santa Maria Novella and we made our way to the central market and eventually to the Santa Croce neighborhood. She is very friendly and made sure everyone was enjoying themselves. Everyone in our group loved her. She’s very knowledgeable about the culture of Florence and its food so we learned a lot. We had one vegetarian in our group and Mara made her feel very comfortable and the vegetarian options were equally delicious. "

"We are a family of five (three children 19, 18, and 15) traveling from the U.S. and we booked a morning tour with Giulia. We could not have been happier with the experience. Firstly, Giulia has a wonderful disposition. Her personality is warm, friendly, easy to chat with, funny, relaxed, and intelligent. Giulia’s native language is Italian - and she speaks perfect English. We booked our tour for the morning after we arrived and I’m glad we did because Giulia took us all around Florence during our three hour walking tour and helped us understand the context of everything around us. And it helped us plan the next few days of activities: what not to miss, what to avoid, local customs, etc. She answered all of our questions thoughtfully and shared valuable tips that only an experienced tour guide and local Florentine could. We enjoyed the leisurely pace of Giulia’s tour. We never felt rushed and yet we covered a lot of ground. Giulia is a wonderful guide, a wonderful person, and you will not be disappointed. "Dina was so knowledgeable about the history of Florence, the Medici family, art, and culture! We really enjoyed our day with her. She took a moderate pace through the city, planning routes in order to maximize our time and accommodating our interests. She was easy to connect with, compassionate toward our needs, and fun. She also took us to places (like the market and a paper shop) that we wouldn’t have found on our own. That helped to break up the history and art time well. Dina is the kind of person you feel like you have been friends with for a very long time."
