"We were a group of 4, with interests in both food and crafts, so Alessandra was the perfect guide for us ! She was flexible with arrangements so we adapted the food tour to accommodate our other interests. Communication was extremely easy while we were planning, and the meet up was easy too. Alessandra took us to see a silk factory, a demonstration of paper marbling, a goldsmiths and others as well as finding time for food tastes in a tiny bar and a trip to a food market.
