The way she navigated through the lines of David and the Uffizi was impressive, which line to get in, which way to go amongst hundreds, no way we could have handled those lines on our own. And the knowledge she brought not only within those two sites but on the walking tour, through the markets and various piazzas, explaining their significance as well as the statues, again impressive.
