Fast forward to the day of our tour … and she promptly found us at the designated meeting spot and brought us throughout the market, tickling our senses and tastes and interest in Sardinian food and culture. Wonderful hosts and a wealth of knowledge
"Though my ride didn’t go according to plan this was a truly rich experience with incredibly warm hosts. Walter kindly picked me up at no extra charge when I couldn’t get an Uber and throughout the experience was a fountain of historic and local knowledge regarding the island. The horses were well groomed and the volunteers and Sergio, the owner were all very warm and welcoming. I had specified some dietary requirements and Walter went out of his way to meet these which was truly appreciated. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to ride for as long as I would have wished, but all in all it was an experience for the books and I would love to revisit when I’m next in town."
