"We were on a whirlwind of a travel schedule and had a quick overnight in Munich. Our train was arriving after 16:30 and all the tours were for five, so that’s the first time Philip stood out, when he accepted a request for a later start time. He also altered the meet up point to reduce friction and met us at our hotel! I had asked to see a couple of specific places, one of which was the cemetery, and although it was going to be a tight timeline, he made it work and it was still very relaxed b/c of his solid planning. The tour continued throughout Munich, Philip was informative, responsive to inquiries, and told great stories throughout. We are not much for crowds and he picked up on that, so when it was time for our drink (including in our specific tour) he found a Biergarten in a less trafficked area that was devine! He was easy to talk to, checked as many boxes in our list as possible in a short amount of time, and made our one night in Munich more special than we could have hoped for. We left feeling like we had really seen and experienced the city versus using it as a pit stop in our journey. Highly recommend!"
