"Paola is a great guide and lover of the ‘story’ or history behind the artist and the art object being viewed. She used her iPad as an adjunct to display explainations of art pieces she was describing, mading history come alive! Her knowledge was excellent and extensive. Paola was also gregarious and very considerate of our physical needs to stop and rest now and then. She interceded when our view was obstructed, and made the ‘overwhelming Louvre’ manageble. "Our family of four loved our Louvre tour with Emilie! I told her our daughters' ages in advance and she prepared a special tour for them, and made sure to point out things of interest for their age level. She saved us a TON of time from skipping the entry line, to being able to use the group visit rest room, to making sure we saw all the important works within our two hours there (the kids can only really muster so much time in a museum before they start losing it :)). Her knowledge of the art and the history was fantastic, and she answered all our questions patiently. She really explained the history behind each painting and made it interesting for all of us. We learned a ton and she was worth every penny. I highly recommend her!"

"I took a Paris Pastry tour with Rachelle. The tour was originally for my daughter, granddaughter and me, but a heat wave rolled into Paris and the two girls wouldn’t go. I asked Rachelle to give a shorter tour for me because of the heat, and we visited 4 lovely bakeries/patisseries and she gave me an abbreviated history behind the pastries and the Marais neighborhood. All the pastries were delicious! Rachelle is friendly and engaging and speaks perfect English. She even let me try out my rusty French. Marais is a very charming neighborhood and I would highly recommend this tour. "

"We took the Pastery tour with lovely Alexia who skillfully guided us between hidden spots, bakeries and parks in an interesting and fun way. The challange was not the easiest, really warm weather and us already starting the day with another tour and on the day of the festival "the day of the music", that brought half of Paris to the streets, Alexia had done her homework in advance, having multiple bakery options, in case of pasteries beeing sold out and even replanning on the go for a ice cream stop in the heat by choosing the lesser known location to avoid the huge lines at the main shop. The thing that really stood out with the tour was the truely great effort and huge heart Alexia showed during the tour and doing so in a genuin way that made it feel like beeing shown around by a friend. We had a wonderful afternoon with Alexia amongst delicious pastry, magical surroundings and streets filled with music. Choose a few hours, an afternoon or a full day with Alexia showing you arround, you woun´t regret it!"
