She showed us so much more than one would expect by standing outside of a building; she described the context for the building/street/alley, its architecture and interesting features and how it fit into the life of Dijon. We sampled the mustards, enjoyed a light lunch on the square, toured a museum (on mustard ) and ended the day at sampling wines at Les Halles Gourmandes. It was our last day in Dijon and I now wish we would have scheduled this for our first day so we could go back to many of the sites she showed us."
