"We had an absolutely wonderful time on our private food tour with Claudio in Copenhagen! From the moment we met him, it was clear that he was not only incredibly knowledgeable about Danish cuisine and culture, but also genuinely passionate about sharing that knowledge. Claudio took the time to ask about our interests right at the start, and effortlessly tailored the experience to suit both the adults and our two young boys (ages 6 and 8). That’s no easy task, but he pulled it off beautifully! He kept the kids engaged and entertained throughout the tour, introducing them to new foods in a fun, approachable way, while still offering plenty of depth and variety to keep the adults intrigued and satisfied. She gave us a great overview of the Danish and Scandinavian history which helped us a lot to better understand the city. "Fabrine's knowledge on the fascinating hidden gems of Copenhagen would never let you guess that she isn't a native local. In fact, she has probably explored and studied the nooks and corners of the city more than most locals have - which is a great asset for a Highlights and Hidden Gems tour. She also introduced us to some great Danish food - we particularly loved the scrumptiously fresh smørrebrød (Danish open-faced sandwiches) and delicious fiskefrikadeller (fish cakes) that we tried.
