"My husband and I had an incredible private food tour in Dubrovnik with Karmen, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. Every stop was excellent. We tried black risotto made with fresh squid ink for the first time, enjoyed amazing Croatian wines (especially Dingac), and had a sun-dried tomato tapenade with marinated anchovies that completely changed my mind about anchovies. We even went back the next day hoping to order them again but they were sold out. Karmen is warm, funny, full of personality, and incredibly knowledgeable. She shared so many interesting stories about Dubrovnik and life in Croatia, gave us fantastic recommendations for the rest of our stay, and made the whole evening so much fun. We even ran into her the next day and ended up sitting and chatting! We couldn’t recommend Karmen more highly.
