"We had a fantastic tour with Cristobal. It was our first time in Chile and he provided us with a perfect introduction to the food, as well as some history and cultural information. We walked through different areas of the city so we really got a feel for our surroundings. Cristobal was very friendly and knowledgeable, the tour was well organized, and the food choices were varied. We had a great time!! Highly recommend Cristobal and this tour."

"Cristobal was an excellent guide, animated, knowledgeable, and extremely informative. We had a great king crab dish at our first stop at the market with a pisco sour, seafood soup and bread. The second stop we had an interesting Chilean mate con huesillo, not your traditional mate, it had barley at the bottom, peaches, and was a sweet drink, really unusual and tasty. The third stop was a stop at a place that only sold empanadas and it was a top rate empanada with pineapple juice. Then we stopped at a street stall street for a 'completo', a must have in Chile with a local beer. Finally was coffee in a traditional coffee house (pg rated) with a small local chocolate dessert. We were stuffed! Great food tour with Cristobal."
