She was very patient with us when we were running late to the scheduled meeting time, and took us all around downtown Santiago. She explained the history of the buildings and statues with ease, and her English was incredible! We had the chance to walk under the presidential palace area and she introduced us to local stores there that sold types of sweet and savory sauces, handmade artwork, and more! She taught us about the Chilean culture and where the best places to go eat were, as well as provided us safety tips and where to avoid. Overall she was such an incredible tour guide and sweet person! I cannot recommend her enough! "

"We met Patrick the morning after we arrived. He was fun, informed and very enthusiastic- a real pleasure meeting him and walking about while trying things we would otherwise not venture to try so soon after arriving. He was very kind offering all kinds of comments and advice for the rest of our time in Santiago. I would not hesitate to recommend him! "

From first contact to meet up to the entire tour, she was easy, thorough, responsible, knowledgeable, and just the best. And she is a lovely person too.
