"Eric’s chocolate tasting was the first item on the agenda in our first day in Brussels, and it was absolutely perfect. He has incredible knowledge that encompasses both the history of Brussels and the history of the fantastic chocolates we were eating. Our family got to know the city through a delicious means, and Eric was charming, accommodating, and flexible. He was great with our two kids while still keeping the material high-level, and was an excellent guide!"
