"When we first booked we were assigned to Luis, however after noticing that he was double booked Luis handed us over to his colleague Edna instead, keeping us informed and sharing her details with plenty of time in advance. Edna was very friendly and welcoming throughout our entire tour. She told us about the history of the city, it's importance in Belgium and Europe as a whole and even some local folklore as well! The food stops we did we were very tasty, and me being a pescatarian was taken into account too. We were confident that we were getting the very best that the city has to offer!
