"The start to our tour was rough because we were assigned two male tour directors, first Didi, then Roman. Roman sent a message through Withlocals, but we were out and about and didn’t get it so we didn’t know that we had been passed on to a third to a third tour guide. So we got to the meet up site looking for a male guide and couldn’t find him in a cold, driving, rain. Finally, 20 minutes after our original meeting time we met with Inez And what a wonderful person and guide she is. She immediately assessed how cold we were and took us to a local coffee shop for hot chocolate and a nice chat. It was just what we needed! Inez’s Knowledge, passion, and love for Salzburg came through in beautiful ways. She showed us her beautiful city and taught us so much about its history. We feel that through the experience we made a new friend. The only thing that would’ve made it better was no rain! "
