Here’s an overview of your tour
Come with me and discover the political and religious heart of the Venetian Republic. We will visit the majestic Doge's Palace, with its illustrious history and rich outstanding works of the best Venetian artists.
In the Palace, we will have the chance to walk over the most famous bridge in the world: the Bridge of Sights. Of course, I can also show you the prisons where the enemies of the Republic were incarcerated.
After the Doge's Palace, you will get to know amazing stories about the Piazza, St. Mark's square and, last but not least, we will visit the Basilica with a 'skip the line pass'.
Please note: there is a dress code for visiting churches. Shorts, miniskirts, sleeveless shirts and bare shoulders are not allowed. Bermuda pants, knee-length skirts, t-shirts or Polo shirts are OK.
Backpacks are not permitted in the Basilica, they have to be deposited near the church (free of charge, maximum 1 hour).
If you want to do a late evening tour, please remember that the Basilica closes at 5 pm, so you won't be able to visit it.
