Next, we'll cross the Grand Canal like locals do—on a charming gondola ferry—before weaving through quiet backstreets to reach the vaporetto stop at Fondamente Nuove. A short ride brings us to Murano, where my modern kitchen with canal views awaits.

Here, we'll prepare a traditional Venetian meal together: pasta with a rich seafood sauce, oven-baked seabass, and appetizers to pair with a chilled glass of prosecco. While we cook and share stories, you’ll learn simple techniques you can take home.
