Immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere of the "Pescheria," where seagulls and locals mingle among artfully displayed seafood. After choosing our catch, we'll cross the Canal Grande on a Gondola ferry, just like locals heading home.

A short walk through hidden "calles" will lead us to Fondamente Nuove, where a brief vaporetto ride takes us to my home in Murano. In my modern kitchen overlooking the canal, we'll cook together, sipping prosecco and enjoying appetizers. Our meal will feature pasta with a flavorful fish sauce, complemented by perfectly cooked seabass.

As we savor our creations, we'll appreciate the fruits of our market adventure. The experience concludes with a farewell over strong Italian coffee brewed from a classic moka machine. Be a Venetian for a day!
