Experience the essence of Italian cuisine in our immersive cooking class, where you'll not only learn to prepare Mediterranean appetizers, a rich Lasagne Bolognese, and a homemade Tiramisu, but also have the unique opportunity to interact with locals. You'll be able to share stories, learn about local customs, and engage in lively conversations while discovering the art of Italian cooking. We’re here to guide you every step of the way and are at your complete disposal to ensure you feel relaxed and supported throughout the experience.
Our special Bolognese sauce features tender Swiss minced beef, paired with organic and Demeter-certified tomatoes for that fresh, rich taste. Each layer of lasagna is crafted with traditional methods using a homemade pasta machine passed down from our grandmother, ensuring a perfect texture and flavor that will transport you straight to Italy.
As you prepare these dishes, you'll also discover the secrets behind selecting the best ingredients, from freshly made pasta to quality cheeses and herbs that bring out the essence of true Italian cooking. The espresso for our tiramisu is freshly ground on the same day, organic, and roasted in Switzerland, brewed in a classic Italian moka pot to ensure a bold, aromatic finish. For the tiramisu, we use farm-fresh eggs, straight from the local farmer, zero-kilometer, ensuring that every bite is rich and authentic. The tiramisu is made with fresh Swiss cream and topped with the finest Swiss chocolate, ensuring a luxurious and rich flavor profile that complements the mascarpone. We believe in the power of authenticity—our recipes are passed down through generations, giving you an experience that’s both timeless and delicious.
The experience doesn’t stop at the kitchen. You’ll enjoy the dishes you’ve created in a warm, family-friendly atmosphere, paired with regional wines from local producers, zero-kilometer, and the highest quality Italian wines to enhance every bite. We also offer classic Italian aperitifs, as well as organic, zero-kilometer apple juice for a refreshing, local touch. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned cook, this class is a great way to deepen your culinary skills, socialize with locals, and connect with others who share your passion for food. You'll have the chance to talk, eat, and exchange opinions in a relaxed setting, making new friends and learning from each other.
Throughout the class, you’ll enjoy local, zero-kilometer cured meats, chosen for their freshness and flavor. With each step, we’ll guide you, offering tips and tricks to help you master every dish in a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere.
End your experience with a homemade tiramisu that’s truly unforgettable. Made with fresh mascarpone, strong espresso, Swiss cream, and just the right amount of sweetness, it’s the perfect finale to a memorable meal.
As you work, sip on carefully selected regional wines, enhancing the flavors of the dishes you’re preparing. This isn’t just about cooking—it’s about savoring the process, connecting with others, and enjoying the art of Italian cuisine in a way that’s both educational and fun. At the end of the class, you’ll receive a recipe for each dish in print and digital form, so you won’t forget any of the techniques you’ve learned. Plus, photos of your experience will be sent to you, so you can cherish the memories of this culinary adventure. Come and immerse yourself in a cooking experience that combines tradition, quality, and good company.
