Childhood Stories: Sherman shared fascinating stories of local treats she has enjoyed since childhood. Exotic Finds: She pointed out everything from daily staples to exotic items that were novel even to her. The Durian Challenge: We decided to "brave the unknown" by consuming durian fruit—a true Hong Kong rite of passage that made for a great story! The Ultimate Dim Sum Adventure Lunch at an authentic dim sum restaurant was an adventure in itself. The Hustle & Bustle: Squeezing into a table with locals and being immersed in the natural energy and flow of the room. The Atmosphere: The fast-paced environment and fantastic food made for a truly authentic experience that felt worlds away from a standard tourist path. Culture, History, & Keepsakes Sherman ensured the tour was well-rounded by including more than just food: Local History: Our stop at a local temple was quite interesting; learning about its history and significance added a great cultural layer to the day. Unique Shopping: We ended the day at a local knick-knack shop, which provided some excellent, unique gifts for friends and family back home. Final Verdict The hours spent with Sherman absolutely flew by. It was a "very cool" experience that I highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic, high-energy deep dive into Hong Kong's culture and cuisine."

"Angel is so kind and it was my fault that we went to the wrong meeting. She told us to stay out and that she would come to us. We started our tour about 40 minutes late but she didn’t cut out your short. 3 of us is 60+ years young and she made sure that we were going at a good pace.
