Here’s an overview of your tour

I invite you to experience the suburbs of Mumbai in a Aircon Car or on a Classic Motorcycle. Visit places never been visited. Places covered are Kanheri caves (Monday Closed) dating back to 1st Century till 10th Century, here if you are lucky one can see the spotted dear, Indian langur and monkeys and some times Sambar, visit to one of the 12 Tribal Settlements where I will be showing how Warli painting are done on the walls of the houses. These paintings dates back to the 10th Century.

Later we visit an Inland called Gorai, here we will be visiting Vipassana Pagoda, a Portuguese house, boat industry and the beach.

Tour timings can be adjusted or changed as per your requirement. This tour can also be personalized as per your interest.

Private vehicles are not allowed in the Park so one has to hire a public transport the cost is included.

    We meet and start our tour from Goregaon East Metro station.

  • 9.00 AM

    Then we proceed to Kanheri Caves, a 1st Century rock cut caves. Here one can see the second largest Stupa in India and beautiful sculptors of Buddha in meditation, there are total of 109 caves. These Caves are closed on every Monday as it is a Government holiday. Later we visit one of the 12 Tribal settlements to see how they live and also learn about Warli Painting one of the Tribal art which is thousands of year old.

  • 11.30 AM

    We head to a fishing village called Gorai island by crossing a creek in a boat.

  • 12.30 PM

    At the the island we take a Tuk-Tuk and visit the Vipassana Pagoda a Buddhist meditation centre and then visit a Portuguese style house and a fishing boat industry. Later we visit the Gorai beach.

  • 2.00 PM

    The tour ends and we head back to the starting point.
