Scotland has had a very turbulent history which I have always found fascinating but equally it has some of the most magnificent scenery and tranquil country side. On this tour you will be able to explore and discover both sides of Scotland.
Stirling was a very strategic location during the wars of independence, so much so that it changed hands between the Scots and English 8 times during this turbulent and bloody period. The story has been told in many films and TV programs but on this tour you will get to discover the real story behind such famous characters as William Wallace and Robert The Bruce.
After all the stories of war and destruction we will head out into the beautiful Trossachs National Park to see some of Scotland's most magnificent scenery. I have enjoyed these incredible views since I was a very young child but I never grow sick of them, mostly because they change all the time. In different weather and at different times of the year they take on a completely different look but they are always magnificent.
From the comfort and luxury of our well equipped tour van you can relax and take in the fantastic views. We'll stop for a little taste of Scotland and possibly a wee dram (Scotch Whisky) as we wind our way through the lochs and mountains. You will even get the chance to meet some of Scotland's most famous Highland Cows, the oldest pedigree animal in the world. Hot drinks will be available at any stop on request and this tour can be modified to meet your specific requirements.

We will visit the castle and get a chance to explore the turbulent past of this very significant battlementHighland Cows
From Stirling Castle we will take a scenic drive to Kilmahog where we will be able to get close up to some Highland CowsThe Lade Inn
Here we will enjoy some authentic Scottish cuisine in a remote country pub with a fantastic atmosphere and friendly welcome.The Trossach Hills
