Here’s an overview of your tour

The largest Church and one of the holiest Basilicas in the world, uncountable masterpieces held inside, the highest panoramic point in Rome and the tomb of the Prince of the apostles, these are just some of the things you will see joining me on this tour!

The visit starts in St. Peter’s square with an intro of the Vatican area, then we climb the Dome planned by Michelangelo to be amazed by the best panoramic view over the city of Rome and over the Vatican.

From the top of the dome you will be able to "spy inside" the Vatican City State and learn all about it.

Once inside the basilica, history comes alive and all the secrets behind the Vatican will be unveiled, you will learn everything about the masterpieces made by the most famous artists that worked in the basilica since the XVI century, such as Michelangelo, Raphael, Bernini, Borromini and many more.

The tour ends visiting the tomb of St. Peter, the monumental tombs of the Popes and the underground level, the Vatican Grottoes, the burial place of the Popes.

PLEASE NOTE: Tour doesn't run on Sundays, Wednesdays (spring/summer) and during Christian feast days.
