With me, you are not just a tourist but an Istanbulite! Join me on a private tour in the Asian side of the city, to see how the locals enjoy spending their leisure time, where they go when they want to take a break or want to shop till they drop!
Kadikoy is the place to be! Once a residential and quiet area of Istanbul, now one of the hippest and most vivid neighborhoods. Walk through the streets of Kadikoy, explore the market area including the Fish Market, try some local treats, admire the beautiful coexistence of buildings, churches, and mosques altogether.
Discover Moda, a neighborhood of Kadikoy, where you will see many beautiful coffee shops, cafés and local boutiques.
Move around like the locals and hop on a historical tram and go back to Kadikoy. And for an even more local experience, take a "dolmus" (a type of local transportation in a minivan which holds 9-10 people) to one of the most traditional neighborhoods of the city, Uskudar. Explore old Ottoman mosques, lovely coast area, Leander Tower and more. We'll finish at a local coffee house with a tasty Turkish coffee.
