Homemade Pasta Workshop: A Roman's Mother's Recipes

Step into the warmth and nostalgia of an Italian home kitchen with our Withlocals experience. Our mothers and grandmothers used to spend mornings preparing bread, homemade pasta, and delicious meals, while we children eagerly helped (and snacked) on gnocchi, fettuccine, ravioli, lasagna, and cannelloni. We miss those times and want to share with you the simplicity and love of making homemade pasta with just a few ingredients. We have continued this tradition in our family-owned restaurant, and now we invite you to join us in our Monteverde Nuovo neighborhood home.

Located on the top of Trastevere, Monteverde Nuovo is a serene and lush area. In the summertime, we can dine al fresco on our terrace and enjoy the refreshing Roman breeze known as the "Ponentino." We provide all the necessary tools to make pasta or gnocchi under the expert guidance of Giovanni. Afterward, we'll taste our delicious creations while sipping on wine or beer (let us know if you prefer beer beforehand). And we will not forget the children of course, who will get a soft drink to enjoy with us.

To finish off the evening, we'll savor a good coffee and reminisce on the beauty of traditional Italian cooking. Join us for an experience that will leave your heart and stomach full.
