Hike the Adam's Peak and Catch the Sunrise

Join me for a 2-day trip that will culminate at the top of Adam's Peak while you see the sunrise.

This journey is not only about the hike but also about the natural hidden gems along the way. Discover a tea plantation, crystal clear waterfalls and tons of incredible natural sights.

At the tea plantation, you can learn everything about the tea, from its multiple variations to its different procedures. Plus you will get a chance to see the locals in action.

Later on, you'll go on an exciting whitewater rafting experience that follows with a break at some wonderful waterfalls for a refreshing bath.

Bedtime will be early this day, you will need to rest properly to get ready for the hike in the early morning at 3 am.

During the pilgrimage season (December to May), the route is illuminated by a sparkling ribbon of lights, which are visible from miles around and that from afar look like a trail of stars leading into heaven. Out of season you will need a torch. Both ways are impressive, it just depends on the time of your visit.

The route is quite easy since you won't face a big altitude change and the bigger part of the route is in concrete steps.

The view from the top will be more than rewarding for your efforts and the sunrise will be just the cherry on top. There is also a beautiful temple you will have the chance to explore there.
